Smart Care is an extended support plan engineered to keep your hardware running smoothly and minimize operational downtime. With Smart Care, you gain direct access to dedicated technical specialists for prompt, expert assistance with your barcode hardware.
What’s Included

Single Device Coverage: Complete technical support for one (1) hardware device (either a barcode printer or scanner).

Eyefinity Integration: Comprehensive initial setup and software integration for your barcode printer and scanner.

Workstation Re-Configuration: Ongoing configuration support, including re-mapping hardware if printers are moved between computers.

Manufacturer Warranty Facilitation:* Full handling of the warranty repair process.

Think Smart will manage the return authorization (RMA) with the manufacturer and coordinate shipping logistics. Once repaired by the manufacturer, the device is returned to Think Smart for complete re-configuration and Eyefinity testing before being shipped back to you.
Terms & Eligibility

Third-Party Equipment: Hardware purchased outside of Think Smart, Inc. must be Eyefinity-certified (including all cabling) to be eligible for coverage under this plan.

Shipping Exclusions: Shipping costs associated with warranty returns or repairs are not covered under the Smart Care plan.
