Most modern desktop and laptop computers no longer feature standard built-in serial ports. If your workstation lacks this port, this specific USB adapter is required to connect, install, and operate your SATO Barcode Printer when using OfficeMate®.

⚠️ Important Hardware Requirements: To complete your connection, you will also need a Female-to-Male Serial Crossover Cable (Null Modem).
